Shipping
Metric Fabricator offers free shipping on orders over $50 to the United States and Canada. Some items may be excluded due to size, weight, and shipping cost.
Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Metric Fabricator is not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
We may use an equivalent or faster shipping service than the one selected when it provides equal or better delivery speed, tracking, and coverage.
Returns
Metric Fabricator accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition it was received
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email sales@metricfabricator.com or log in to your customer account and start a self-serve return.

If your return is accepted, you will need to provide your own return shipping label.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@metricfabricator.com so the issue can be reviewed and corrected.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether the refund was approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact sales@metricfabricator.com.
